Versa not connecting to GPS

My location is on on my phone and I have Google maps. I have a Motorola phone which is a new model.  When I have gone into exercise and bike on the versa, it just keeps saying connecting but never does. It tracks the time and the heart beats etc but not distance or the route. Any suggestions?

Hi @Marmot838, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't connect to GPS.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article which explains how the GPS feature works on your Versa and it also contains a troubleshooting section in case the issue persists. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
