My Fitbit Versa isn't able to get my WiFi! I have looked up videos on how to do it and it hasn't worked, I need the WiFi for music!

 

Please help!

If you are having issues with your WiFi connection, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi? and follow the instructions provide there. You can also follow the ones in the article Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch?.
