Have 2 previous Fitbit which worked with my iPad, have now purchased Fitbit Versa which will not pair with iPad or to be more precise will not connect with WiFi. Any ideas?

Check to make sure your iPad is connected to the lower end WiFi connection. If you have WiFi connecting at 2.5 mhz or 5.0 MHz it won’t work on the higher one, it needs the lower connection speed.

Correction: the amounts are usually, 2.4 ghz or 5 ghz.

It's great to see you here @Aljar and @Runtu thanks for stopping by.

If you are having issues with your Versa connecting to WiFi, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi? and follow the instructions provide there.

Let me know the outcome. Robot Happy
