Hi all,
I've had my Versa for about 2 months now and it connected to my WiFi without and problems at the time.
I've been struggling to update my Fitbit and now I can’t connect to my WiFi. It doesn’t find any networks and won’t accept the network if I put it in. I’m stuck.

If you are having issues connecting your watch to WiFi, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi? and follow the instructions provide there.

@Sammy-h14, upon checking with our support team I was told that you have already created a case with them. I know they will be glad to help you out and let me know if you need anything else.
@Mstyblu, I would like to know if you have tried the instructions on the link I provided in my previous post? If you haven't, please take a look at it.

The support did not help. I did a factory reset that managed to get it working again.
