Versa not connecting to any device

I have a Versa that up until recently has been working well

It lost power completely one day, and after I charged it it was displaying the wrong time.
I tried to rectify the issue by syncing it, only to find that it refuses to connect

I have tried both on an android phone and a Windows 10 computer. Both are running the most updated version of the software and it is connecting to neither

As a point of note, it's not the bluetooth, because the watch is connecting to the phone's music library just fine. It's something to do with the watch itself

It might be Bluetooth. Your watch doesn't connect to your library but becomes a remote control for the app that is playing the music. This used the Versa Classic, not the Versa LE Bluetooth.

Have you cleared the Fitbit's cache on the phone?

Restarted phone and Versa?

Removed the Versa as a trusted device in the phones Bluetooth?
