Once again, I am having major issues with my Fitbit versa syncing to my phone. I ended up getting a new phone because I thought maybe my phone's Bluetooth was the problem but it is not. I tried syncing it to 3 different phones in my house including a new iPhone.
I have tried every fix I could find on this website and still nothing is working. Why does the Fitbit Versa have such a hard time syncing?

I would like to know if you get any error message during the setup process. If so, please provide a screenshot of the page that shows the error. This info will help me to determine the cause of the issue. You can find the steps to add images to your posts in this thread.
In the meantime, make sure that you are following the setup process as described in this help article.

I'm having the exact same problem. I got my Versa yesterday and the synch or upload of the new device started. 4 hours later at only 21% completion, it failed. I can't start the Fitbit and the app on my phone is locked up with the next phase of loading...
