Versa not connecting to app

My Versa disconnected from Fitbit app on pixel 6 pro.  I try setting up new device, app finds versa, pairing code entered, but it won't connect.

I've turned everything off and back on again, still nothing.

Issue just started today.

Hello @SunsetRunner 

 

I believe you may have forgotten to remove your Versa from Bluetooth before you set it up again as a new device. 

Try setting it up again and follow this path: 

  1. Remove the Versa from the Bluetooth settings. (Tap forget device if on iOS or unpair if on Android)
  2. Turn off other nearby Bluetooth connections.
  3. Check if the Fitbit App is updated
  4. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  5. Restart your Versa: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
  6. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  7. Select the Versa and follow the onscreen instructions. When asked if you want to replace the Versa say yes.
