I have a Fitbit Versa 1 which I have had for about a year and a half I have never had any issues about 2 weeks ago my Versa would not sync up/ back up in the app and was lagging so I decided to restore factory settings and start fresh I also deleted my Versa device within the app
Now upon doing all this now I am trying to start my Versa up as a new devise but the first thing is connect to Bluetooth I have tried for 2 weeks to try and connect it up but nothing
I have tried on my Oppo Android phone as well as my Windows 10 Laptop but non is working I am not sure if I have done something wrong but it will not let me connect anything and I am starting to feel really anxious without it
Can this be fixed?
Can some one help?
or Do I have to go out buy a new one?
I have gone through and read other peoples topics on here but nothing really goes with what is happening with mine
