Trying to connect my versa to my bluetooth headphones but it isnt recognising them via bluetooth connection and theres no NFC connection. 

 

Any suggestions or ways around this? TIA

Thanks for your post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Bluetooth headphones are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue? If you haven't already done so, I suggest you to check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch? and let me know how it goes.
