I have no idea what else to do. I have restarted my phone. I have deleted the app. I have gone to Bluetooth and forgotten my Versa. I just factory reset my Versa and it connected to my iPhone no worries but as soon as it was set up, it went back to not being able to connect. I had it for 4 months, connecting for my iPhone no worries, then all of a sudden decided to do this. It’s getting very frustrating, and a complete waste of my money 😡

This was a mother's day gift and I loved it but it stopped connecting after a week. I would have to re start my phone and the Fitbit for it to work. This week it just stopped recording my progress. It shows it on the watch but not in The app or the website. I don't know what else to do to make it work. This is frustrating

Yep. Just got onto the company and their solution was useless. I really hope I get my money back or something. Apparently this happens to a lot of Versas

UPDATE:
With a little bit of patience and many, many different attempts, we found out the watch itself was faulty. I tried on another phone and the exact same thing happened. Fitbit were very helpful, and thankfully my Versa was still under warranty. A replacement has been sent out.
