Versa not connecting to phone

I did a factory reset on my versa, now I can’t get it to reconnect to my phone. What do I do?

You should do two additional things when you do a factory reset. 

 

1.  Go to the phone's Bluetooth settings and unlink the Versa.

2.  Open the Fitbit app and remove the Versa from your account.

 

'Then start over by adding the Versa to your account on the app.
