Decided to buy myself a nice pink watch and give my old one to my partner. (Same)
the old versa is fine. Connects to both phones but the new one won’t connect. I’ve tried on a new phone and old phones ( I disconnected the other devices when I’ve tried and I’ve also turned the other versa off so it wouldn’t mix up). I’ve had it on charge while trying to connect. I’ve hard reset it but I’m clueless now.
Thank you x

Hi, try setting up your Versa using WiFi instead of BT. Put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your computer. It's best to connect your phone also to your cumputer. Go in the Fitbit app on your phone to WiFi settings and press that. You will see your network's name and right next to it the WiFi icon which is white. Press the icon and Fitbit starts connecting to your network. Once this is done, the icon turns to blue and says connected. To check if your Versa is also connected to your WiFi, go to settings, press that and scroll down to Device Info. Press that and if tou see and IP address, your Versa is also connected. Now start the setup procedure all over again. Good luck!!
