My Versa has been acting up the last couple of weeks, not synchronizing with my phone most of the time. The only solution was disconnecting my Versa and phone and then reconnect them. Sadly, my Fitbit doesn't want to reconnect anymore. The app does say "found it!", but the actual connecting doesn't happen. I have tried the whole of Wednesday trying to reconnect them, but it just doesn't happen. I have already tried:
restarting my Fitbit and phone
closing the Fitbit app completely and opening it again
re-installing the Fitbit app
Can someone please advise me on what I can do?

What phone model are you using?

oh yeah, forgot to mention: my phone is a Oneplus 6
