I am totally frustrated with my Versa. The time has been off for weeks. I’ve spent countless hours searching for fixes and tried them all. Won’t connect to our wi-go therefore does not update. we even bought a new router thinking it may have been the issue. But to no avail. Time to make the switch to Apple Watch, I guess.

I'm sorry I don't know what is causing your problems, but versa does not connect to wi-fi to sync. Versa connects to your phone via bluetooth, then your phone connects to wi-fi. So if your phone does connect to wi-fi, then the problem is elsewhere.

my Versa connects to Bluetooth and my phone is connected to WiFi but the update never completes. So, yes, it does seem like something else must be going on. Thank you for your response. At least now I know the sequence of what should be happening starts the way it should.
