I have had a fit bit versa since they came out and I cannot use it because it will not sync with my LG G6..... Is this still an issue!!!??? I have up on it for awhile but I'm ready to use it again.... Please help or I'm out like $300 😒 thanks Fitbit.

@leboromei it's great to see in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not connecting with your LG G6.

 

I would like to know if you are getting any error message while your Versa tries to sync with your phone. In the meantime, make sure that you are following the setup process as described in this help article. 

 

If the issue persists, please restart your Versa as advised in this help page. This will refresh your watch internally. Finally, try the setup process one more time.
