Versa not connecting with Monster Clarity 200BT headphones

Hey y'all,

 

I've been trying to sync my headphones (Monster Clarity 200BT) to my Fitbit for about two hours now and I'm going insane 🙂 I've tried shutting everything off then back on, restarting Bluetooth, toggling airplane mode like a madwoman, you name it... My question to you all is this: is Monster not compatible with Fitbit? Am I missing something? I've read my headphones' manual and followed the instructions to the best of my ability... What's going on here?

Hey @Khail444, it is cool to see new faces around! Woman Happy You shouldn't have any issue with your Monster Clarity 200 BT headphones and your Fitbit Versa, so let me suggest you to make sure of the following: 

 

- That your headphones are in pair mode

- Try putting the watch on the wrist on the same side as the receiver on the headphones
