For over a month I have been unable to completely pair my Fitbit versa with my iPhone 6 . Is this due to the firmware and scale syncing problems on Fitbit app ? If so when will the problem be resolved?

@SheilaEJ welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the setup issues persist or if you were able to fix the issue.
In the meantime, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix this issue.
