Versa not connecting with phone

This is the second versa I have purchased I returned the last one since it couldn’t  find my iPad or my iPhone 5 se.  I’ve tried all the troubleshooting and restarts.  It’s not my phone or iPad since it says connected.  It’s the Fitbit.  I can’t pair it from Bluetooth.  Very frustrating and I’m at the point of just returning this one too.

Nor knowing much about iOS, but I do know that the tracker can not be paired through the phone's bluetooth.  Not knowing what error you received, my guess OS incorrect pin or rejected by Versa. 

if both the phone and iPad days connected,  were have a problem,  your Versa will only connect to and talk with one device at a time. 

I think you agree looking at the bluetooth list of trusted devices. 

 

First thing I would do is remove the Versa from the list of trusted bluetooth devices.

 

Now try to sync or setup the versa  

Ate you doing the initial setup of the Versa,  or simply trying to get it to sync?
