Versa not consistently tracking active minutes

My Versa will randomly not tracking any active minutes even though I’m on the treadmill or walking briskly. Some days it’s perfectly fine others it gives me 0. It has nothing to do with the MEP’s or whatever they call it, I can be doing the exact same thing and it will track or not track at all.

Is it tracking your Heart Rate accurately at the time? That is what the active minutes are based on.

The Versa is always 15 points higher than what my BP monitor says my heart rate is so I never really look at that
