Y'all I know this is a first world problem, but I have had it up to here with my Versa. I know the heartrate is not all that accurate anyway, but it works correctly sometimes and not others. I get no zone minutes for spin one day and then 50 the next. The exact same work out.
I don't believe the watch strap is too tight or loose, the device is completely up to date, and I've already talked to customer support with zero help. They don't seem to understand what I'm talking about. Their only suggestion was to change what I was recording as "biking" to "spinning".
Anybody else have this issue and fix it?? Or is this a death knoll? I've had the watch since 2018.
