Versa not counting floors climbed

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've had my versa for about two months now and I've noticed a few things wrong but this topic i'm addressing the fact that it doesn't always count the staircases/ floors I climb. I have four young kids and a three story house so needless to say, I climb a lot of floors. For example, is 8:30 in the morning and I've already done 10 floors but my watch only recorded 1.  I understand the accuracy for this technology is a difficult thing to gauge, however, there should be a place in the app that allows you manually to adjust the amount of flights of stairs/ floors you have done. Thanks!

Welcome to the forums!

You must go up 10 feet in elevation and not being holding on or carrying anything. Also if you stop before the 10 feet elevation is reached it also will not count.

Also weather will effect it and cause more floors to be counted
