Does anyone know why my Fitbit isn't counting the miles, steps and calories anymore?  The only thing that works is the time.

Regarding the miles, steps and calories tracking issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. Please don't hesitate to get back if more assistance is needed.
