Hi,
I have a new Versa and I love it; there are many features that work great!
I live in a 2 story home and I work from home, so I walk up and down the stairs all day long. Initially, I was getting them all logged, and it was easy to pass 10+ flights a day.
Today it has stopped at 3 floors. I thought perhaps it stopped working because I take stairs two at a time, and it wasn't registering, but it doesn't seem to make any difference when I take them one at a time.
I'll try restarting it and see if that helps, but it is frustrating that this isn't working!

Hello @TaoGuy
In my house, I can't get it to resister floors as the Fitbit altimeter has to see 10' before it resisters and my floors are only 8'.
Are your floors in your home 8' or 10' ceilings.

HI, my floors are a full 10' between them. It registered my first 3 trips up the stairs, just nothing since then!

Maybe do a test and keep your arm low at the bottom and then raise your fibit arm when you get to the top of the stairs.
Also, it only registers when moving upwards.

I have the same problem. up three flights to a max of 24 ft. and no flights are counted. I contacted customer support and they kept talking about steps. Even after I made it clear that I was referring to stairs, they kept trying to get me to correct a step problem. I finally gave up. Then, they gave me 8 steps to follow and correct a STEP problem. I followed them and reported back that my STAIR count was still not working. Customer support acted like they were giving me info on the altimeter when I had actually explained that as the problem to them. Finally, they just ignored my request for assistance. By pretending that they had solved a STEP problem, after I made it clear that I was referring to STAIRS. I know that three flights will take me up 24 ft. But, my Versa, will count 0 flights.
