So I have had my versa less than a week and am already starting worry I made a bad choice. I had hoped the bugs i read about the versa not counting steps had been fixed but the other day i had 9999 steps and didnt get to 10000 until I ran around the house for 10 minutes. I tried resetting my Fitbit in hopes that this would fix it. But I have noticed my steps seem a lot fewer than they did with my charge 2. Then this morning I had 741 steps, and one hour later I had 367.... should I return my fitbit?! This is rediculous. Anyone know how to fix this? I've restarted it 3 times since I got it and it doesnt seem to be effecting it.

Try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About) if it is still not counting correctly you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)
