Versa not counting steps, and will not pair with iPhone!

Two days and my Versa says I have burned like 2,000 calories but no strosbrecorded. Plus, will not pair with iPhone but iPhone says connected!!!

@EWamp It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Is your Versa not showing any steps tracked at all or this steps do show on the Versa but not on your iPhone? Since they aren't syncing I suggest you start by going to the bluetooth settings area on your phone and remove all devices listed there. Restart your iPhone and restart your Versa by doing the following:

 

1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again. 

 

Now open the Fitbit app again and try to sync them. If they sync the information should show on the app.
