I have a treadmill
under my desk and walk while I type for a good fraction of the day. Versa does not capture any of these steps. When I manually enter time and distance that was recorded on the treadmill, the steps do not match. Can you offer a solution so Versa captures my strides when my wrist is at the same level as my elbow & im typing?

Worn on yourbwrist it wont know you are walking. The best solution I can think of is to put it in your pocket when on the treadmill and it should count your steps. It wont count your heart rate etc though, and smart track wont work.

Just a thought but you can not use the hand railings when using your treadmill. Your swinging arm is what counts the steps. Same at a grocery and pushing a cart.

I also have an old Blaze, which does record the steps I take while walking on my treadmill desk. Why would the Blaze recognize those steps and the Versa2, which is supposed to be better, not recognize them?
