Hi, my versa does not count swimming laps or distance. Everything is set correctly but it always stays at 0 laps and distance. I had a versa 2 before which worked correctly but this just does not work. I phoned fitbit who told me to restart watch etc, and I restored factory settings and set up whole watch again, is this possibly faulty? It has never counted my stairs either, always stays at 0.
