Hi, i use an s7 and a versa. when i bought my versa (an year back) it used to sync with my phone. however a couple of months later it stopped syncing. i tried re-installing the app and even factory resetting my versa but it does not sync. my versa does sync with my ipad though. any advice ? i am contemplating to shift to a xiaomi band now due to these issues.

Have you setup the Versa again, you removed it from your account with the factory reset. Which BTW doing so will only add problems

Yep, removed it and did a factory reset and resetup from scratch.
