My versa 2 started freezing yesterday. I would feel it vibrate and when I would turn my wrist there would be notification and my screen was moving a little slow. Today it told me it couldn't sync. I checked my Bluetooth settings and no matter what I do my phone can't find my versa. I tried to log in on other devices too but it is not even showing it as an option to add through Bluetooth. I've restarted my phone and versa 2 maybe a million times as well as u linked my fitbit app and unlinked the watch from my account and tried to re pair it back. Nothing. Now it won't sync no notifications. Nothing. This is my fourth fitbit so im not a newbie when it comes to connecting or syncing it. Its been linked to my phone for the last 5 or so months that I have had it (just upgraded from the versa 1 that I used on this phone for almost 2 years) and I have taken great care of it. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?? Any suggestions?

This happened to me yesterday with my Versa of a similar age ....I’ve done all the things you tried and nothing! It has worked perfectly up
until yesterday when I noticed the time was wrong. I tried to sync it on the app and nothing, my phone can’t find it to pair with.
Looks like it’s bin material now 😢
