Versa not displaying heartbeat or even recording it accurately when in exercises mode.

When set in any exercise mode the bpm display randomly goes dark for a random length of time. When it does display it varies so wildly it can’t be accurate.

Hi @571Troy , is the HR sensor on the back of your watch still on/flickering? If yes, restart your Versa three times with the two buttons method, e.g. press the left and right lower button together untill you see the Fitbit Logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your problem, repeat this procedure, but before doing that, go to the settings of your Versa, press it, scroll down to HR and disable it. Restart as described and after that go to the settings again and enable HR again. Regards, kuzibri
