Versa not downloading way faces

So I've tried to download a couple of other watch faces aside from the standard (I don't like the new font) but it says it's not finished downloading, but it won't actually do anything to finish the download, it just goes on and on and on. I'm starting to think I need to create a new account and lose everything. HELP!

Hi @Luke-weynberg , there is something wrong with the Clock Faces and the new Firmware version, hence your problem. The only temporarily solution is: 

1. Logout of your Fitbit account.

2. Restart your Fitbit app on your phone and log in again.

3. Before DL any Clock Face, restart your Versa too.

4. After that, DL the Clock face you want and allow all permisions. Do not enter/press settings but go back to clock faces.

5. Press your installed CF and press settings and adjust them the way you want, press backward and press pready. 

6.As long as you do not restart your Versa or go to the app page and press, f.i., settings, the changes you made will be preserved

7. After a restart or pressing settings/weather to alter/see the weather and going back to your home display, the installed CF is shown in it's default status (do not know why) and you have to repeat thw whole process again. Sorry, cannot make this better for you, I suffer from the same problem, regards kuzibri
