Versa not even getting two full days of battery life

Currently not even getting two full days of battery life any one else have this problem a d know how to solve it

My battery life only last a couple of days. Now the face is glitching also

I used to get 5-6 days per charge, then suddenly, about a week ago, I was having to charge it every day to keep it from dying. I opened a support request, and they had me basically turn off all the features that make it worth having to see how long the battery will last. It died this afternoon after about 49 hours. I have notified them and am now waiting for a response.
