Versa not gathering any information since 17th August

My versa hasn’t been gathering any information since the 17th August, there is no hourly active Minutes, no sleep patterns or heart rates at all. I have resynced multiple times, checked the dashboard on the website still nothing there, I’ve uninstalled the versa and reinstalled it, also done the same with the app. Fully deleted both from my iPhone but still no information logged from the 17th August, what’s happened?
