Versa not getting all my notifications

I know there has been issues and I have tried all the troubleshooting advice and I am still not getting all my notifications. Some come through but not all and none of my text messages or phone calls are not coming through my watch. I have a Versa.

I’m having the same issue! I can get other app notifications just not calls or text messages and I’ve went through all of the troubleshooting as advised! I even switched to my husbands ionic and having the same issue so i know it’s not my phone!

This is so frustrating. I have had a Fitbit for a long time and have really liked them, but I am getting tired of this. I am thinking about switching to Apple if this continues.

I just bought the Versa 2. I have a Samsung Note 5 and I'm not receiving any call notifications. Same thing : trouble shoot and YouTube videos. Nothing works. I will add that I changed text apps and got my text notifications working.

Now I’m having trouble with about everything. Somethings are coming through every now and then, but no calls or text ever. Calls were at times for a while, but now that isn’t even working. So frustrating.
