My versa  will not receive notifications of any kind it just constantly says nothing new here and the step numbers don't fit on the screen properly.

Hi @grannyp2p, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not receiving notifications.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if it receives notifications from your phone properly.
