Versa not getting notifications and GPS not correct

My Versa is on 32.12.19 firmware.  My phone is Moto G 5 Plus.  I set the Versa up and for two weeks it has received notifications from my phone, text messages and the GPS worked to a degree.  Now, it has stopped doing all of the above.  

I have unpaired, repaired, restarted the device, but nothing has resolved the issue.   The Versa still syncs with my phone, but notifications and text messages have stopped.  All the settings on both devices remain the same.  

As for the GPS, it maps my route correctly on my bike, but the mileage noted is incorrect.   For example, I ride a 25 mile ride(confirmed on three different tools), the Fitbit app shows the exact same route, but calculates the mileage as 10 miles.  

Any help is appreciated before I give up and return the device.

Unfortunately I cant see your phone on the Suppprted Devices List often unsupported phone will work but if the connection is upset (for example by an update to phone or tracker) then as it is not on the list, no one is working towards fixing it.
