I am having an issue with my wife’s iPhone not send me a notification when she text me, I am able to receive from anyone else,

anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you for letting me know that you have this notification issue only with your wife’s iPhone, this is not very common issue. Please let's check the basic troubleshooting for syncing first and then we can move on with something more specific: 

 

I'd like to know if you have any special settings activated on your wife's phone contact. Have you tried to delete her phone contact and add it again?
