Versa not getting texts and calls

Anyone having trouble since the update about not getting notifications on Versa for text and phone calls? I have troubleshooted everything I can think of.

Yes - I am having the same issue and can't figure it out.  I feel like all my settings are correct, but am not receiving calls or texts either.

I'm having the same problem with my Versa since the update. I've tried everything but nothing is working.

I restarted my Versa by holding down the bottom right button and the left button - at the same time - and this seems to have fixed it.  I learned about this by reading someone else's post  - have no idea how long the fix will last!
