Versa not holding a charge

I've had my Versa for just over five weeks. At first, I could easily get 3-4 days between charges. Since last week I'm lucky to get 1.5 days. I've tried all of the help tips. I've performed a factory reset. All of the all day sync and always connected settings are off. The screen is set to dim. I disable quick view. I don't use connected GPS. I'm using a Fitbit clock face. None of this has made any difference. Has anyone else experienced a noticeable drop in the battery duration in the past week or two? I'm wondering if it's a software bug or a hardware issue. Either way, I'm pretty disappointed. I chose this over the Samsung Gear due to battery life. This was my first Fitbit and based on this experience will likely be my last.

Same thing for me... I can not do more than 1day with the battery.. do I have to contact your help team?
