Charged My Versa before work to 100% I started work at 4:30pm checked the battery at 9:30 pm it was 43%,Checked it at 12:30 am and it was 34%.

I use My versa as a fitness watch not a smart watch. Anyone else had this issue? I'm taking Mine back to argos tomorrow.

It's great to see you here @ScottyG1987.

I appreciate the information and the attachments. If you are having issues with your Versa holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at the help article Can I improve my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provide there.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Robot Happy

Fitbit Update:

Took My Versa back to Argos,The customer assistant phoned the Fitbit help desk,What an experience that was:

1. Could hardly hear the lady.

2.She kept repeating the same thing again and again.

3.She put Me on hold several times to talk to a "Fitbit Tech Expert".

4.She kept telling Me to do a battery purge which was rubbish.

5. She kept checking the battery status Her end and in 20mins My battery dropped by 60% and I wasn't even wearing it.

After finally getting frustrated and through to a supervisor I got a replacement Versa,I shall never phone that helpline again.

I'm on My 3rd Versa now and if this one does the same them I'm doing My research on a different better brand of smart watch and not apple as I'm anti-apple.

Wish people wouldn't keep posting the same link to the same rubbish advice..I've done everything on that forum link and it sucks.

Fitbit should do more to help customers,After all the watches cost a fair penny to buy.

Here is a copy of the Versa manual, it answers a lot of questions.
