My Versa hasn't held a proper charge. I have shut all gps tracking off, all extras except for steps, stairs (the very basics) even turned heart rate off (which is one reason I purchased it along with the length of charge). I have reset it, turned off and on, all the steps advised. It will still only last about 8hrs. I have even had others use love their versa help with set up and still no charge. I don't know what else to try.

Please clean the contacts http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/My-tracker-s-battery-isn-t-charging/?q=not+chargi...
Then Do a Restart http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/?q=restart&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1
Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge/Fitbit-charge-battery-problems/m-p/1323307#M53291

Mine did the same thing after a month. I went from getting 5 days of battery life with everything turned on to around 1.5 days with everything turned off. Fitbit verified the battery was bad and sent a replacement. Apparently quite a bit have faulty batteries. Hoping my new one lasts more than a month. I'd recommend calling Fitbit and getting a replacement.

Did all of those listed. I left this morning 100% charged. Left it on the counter and was completely dead when I got home 9hrs later 😞

I hope you are right. Did everything else listed and still doesn't hold a charge. It hasn't since I first got it 😞
