Versa not holding a charge

My Versa battery life sucks! Max 1.5 days and it’s dead. Have tried to even shut down when not in use to try preserve the battery life. Frustrated and annoyed!

I am sorry to hear about the battery issue you are experiencing with your Versa. Please take a look at this post and follow the instructions provide there. After those tips, test your watch.

Hello

Thank you for suggestion. So I charged the Versa last night and it was 100% charged this morning. I did already switch off the modes as you suggested. I wore the versa today and at time of writing this reply (9pm my time) the versa was at zero battery level. It’s not even a 24 hours. This sucks and I am very unhappy with this product. If you are with Fitbit - may I suggest you take back my versa - please. My Fitbit Charge 2 works fine with at least 3 days of battery life after a 100% charge. Very very disappointed with the versa. What should I do ?
