Versa not holding a charge

Received my replacement Versa after four weeks dealing with one that won’t sync. This new one... battery doesn’t last ten hours! 100% at 11pm  0% at 9am.  I have had enough!

I am sorry to hear that your Versa isn't holding a charge. I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provide there. After those tips, test your unit.

No, that did not work. Another replacement sent out. This is my third one and so far it is syncing and charging properly.
