Versa not holding a charge

Initially, when I bought my Versa a few months ago, I loved it.  Held a charge for 3-4 days, etc.  Now it will not even hold a charge for 24 hours.  I've turned it off and on, cleaned it, turned off ALL settings (which makes it more or less useless), and it STILL won't hold a charge.

What next?

As my first message stated, I HAVE cleaned it, I've restarted it, etc.  This is new.  It used to last 3-4 days, and doesn't go through a full day now.  Before I posted, I looked this up, tried the solutions (which were the same ones you gave links to).

 

What now?
