I have had my Fitbit a year and now suddenly it can’t hold a charge longer than 10hours. I have tried the cleaning tips suggested previously along with not having the brightness on high. Nothing has changed with my use of the Versa yet still this has happened? Please help!

Hi @Samdaniels. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for letting me know that your Versa's behavior. You did a great job while cleaning the contacts and checking the brightness level. As you may know there are some factors that may affect the battery life on your Versa, such as using music control, music app or connected GPS too often. Also, if you're using an animated or 3rd party clock face, consider changing your clock face as they may require more frequent charging.

That said, I'd recommend to restart your Versa to refresh its performance, and charge it by plugging the charging cradle into a USB port on your computer, a UL-certified USB wall charger or another low-energy device.

Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.
