Versa not holding a charge

I bought my Versa in December and have loved it until this past week. It suddenly stopped showing my notifications and the battery dies after only a few hours. I have tried all the tips that have been previously listed and would like a solution.

Have you tried a Factory reset? Settings app on the watch and scroll down to about

Have you tried the suggestions in THIS Help Article on battery life?

Contact FitBit Support. I have tried everything as well. I pre-ordered my Versa and have had it since May 2018. It just, in the last week, has not been keeping a charge. I'm in the process of more trouble shooting and in direct contact with support. I hope this is just a glitch with an update or something because I LOVE my Versa and do not want to go to another brand or watch. Best of luck!

I have done the factory reset twice. I have done everything I can think of. I love my Versa and want to figure out how to get it back to normal.

These are the instructions that were emailed to me. Try it for a day. Working for me so far.

I tried this and the battery didn’t even last 5 hours! It is very frustrating!
