I’ve tried cleaning the connectors and I’ve turned the versa off and on. The charge will only hold for about a day, maybe a day and a half, which is frustrating when I only bought it in January and it was holding a charge for about 4 days before.

Hi, try restarting your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your battery proble, contact Customer Support and ask for battery test.

Thanks for the tip. I have also been experiencing extreme battery drain the last few days - down 40% in 2 hours. Ridiculous! I used to only use about 20% in 24 hours. This all started after I downloaded the Bitmoji clock face. I have deleted it and reset everything, but the battery is worse. Not sure if it is related.
