I've had my versa since Xmas 2018 and this week since 23rd April it's not holding the charge for even half a day. I'm outraged that fitbit think I need to turn off all the functionality to fix the issue. This is madness, that is the point of the versa to essentially be a smart watch. Not just a step tracker / bracelet.

Hi, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If this does not solve your battery problem, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

this isn't solving my battery problem. And now my touchscreen is not working as it should. So this feels like a total system failure, not a battery issue

Hi, sorry it did not solve your problem, now it's time for Customer Support (see my earlier post).

@ClaireGnyc Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the battery draining issue that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'd like to know if a solution was provided.
Thank you for your help my friend @SunsetRunner!
Looking forward to your response! 😀

Basically I am on my 4th versa, because they have died and Fitbit have had to replace it, because it was under warranty the first time... It's a bit tedious. But what I have realised is that I actually can't swim with it, which totally defeats the object of having that functionality.
