Versa not holding a charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I purchased my Fitbit Versa about 3 months ago! In the last 3 weeks my Fitbit hasn’t been holding its charge, and drains really quickly, even when I’m not using it! I’ve looks online and followed the advice to improve battery life but there has been no improvements! I have put my Fitbit on charge today and the screen keeps flashing white and the apps aren’t visible!

Is my Fitbit needs faulty and how do I go about getting a replacement?

Hi, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your battery problem, contact Customer Support and mention specifically that you already tried to solve the problem with this restart procedure.
