I've had a Fitbit Versa for a while now, I had to exchange at one point in mid-August because the touchscreen broke. Now it's almost a year later on the replacement device and the battery has stopped holding a charge. I used to go 4-5 days on one full charge, but now it won't even last 2 days. I haven't changed any settings or turned on/off any notifications or anything. Is there anything I can do to get it to start holding a charge before my factory warranty expires?

I have got exactly the same problem and have phoned Fitbit today. What a farce! They want me to charge it up fully, sync it at least 6 times a day, let the battery go flat and do it again! Not happy. I have only had it since January, and I go on holiday in two days. I have emailed them as well, but that says it could be more than two days before they reply.

Similar issue. 8months old Versa and last two days the battery only lasts 4 hours instead of the 4 days I used to get. Since it happened so suddenly it must be something unusual.

This is a KNOWN battery issue!! If you are within a year of purchase, have the Fitbit rep do a battery test and when they find that it's a battery drain issue......and they WILL............they will send you out a new one! Just be sure to do it before your 1 year mark! I am going through the same thing and if you look at the Versa Help Forum, there are MANY people that the battery and screen have just died on them within the last 2 weeks!!!
Fitbit should do the right thing and send replacements instead of discounts on NEW faulty products just so you can get more money and sell more crappy products! I used to love Fitbit and my Blaze and had nothing but good things to say, but I am now beyond mad about a $25 watch that lasted 15 months!
